I am a medical laboratory scientist turned UX designer based in Seattle, WA. I use my past professional experience in both customer service and medical laboratory science to guide my approach in discovering problems and finding empathetic solutions as a UX designer. With my background as a scientist, I am naturally drawn to research and I truly enjoy digging deep into the “why” of problems and user needs.
 

When I'm not practicing my UX skills, I enjoy backpacking in the PNW, playing rugby, cycling through the city, and most of all caring for my 5 pets (especially my Great Dane, Captain).
